The hotel had a great location, just a short walk from the beach and away from the busy Cavill Avenue. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Jess at the front desk, who made our anniversary feel special. However, the rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovations to match the quality of other QT hotels. The dining experience was crowded, and it sometimes felt more like a bustling student dorm than a relaxing getaway.
